Fran Bastida's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gualterio Mera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Arbidel Lagunas charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arbidel Lagunas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of La Horca booed when Wonka Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arbidel Lagunas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, La Horca's goal looked a bit too open when Fran Bastida came free, but Gualterio Mera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Wonka Team booed when La Horca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerold Gómez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santxo Rivera, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Fran Bastida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Mera having to interfere. After 38 minutes, Amancio Pardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Horca and the Wonka Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, La Horca's Amancio Pardo got a free kick in the 38th minute. The audience held their breath when Santxo Rivera in the 39th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Gualterio Mera's left hand side. In the 41st minute, one of La Horca:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for La Horca. Santxo Rivera placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 45 minutes into the match, La Horca's goal looked a bit too open when Toni Cuadrado came free, but Gualterio Mera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wonka Team's Damian Treviño proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Wonka Team from getting a goal against them. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fran Bastida stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Damian Treviño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xuoco Taules in the 54th minute of the match. If Xuoco Taules had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wonka Team's Damian Treviño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xuoco Taules in the 64th minute of play. Gerard Ribas's late challenge caught a La Horca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerard Ribas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, Gerard Ribas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 minutes of play, La Horca's Arxel Bodelon made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damian Treviño was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jerold Gómez's late challenge caught a Wonka Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. In the 70th match minute, La Horca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerold Gómez to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute Fran Bastida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Mera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toni Cuadrado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Gualterio Mera made a huge save. Damian Treviño stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xuoco Taules's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 88th minute, Toni Cuadrado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute, Arbidel Lagunas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The La Horca support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
