Gaizko Goyanes's late challenge caught a MenorcaFs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaizko Goyanes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th minute, Anaia Marques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th match minute, Bellamar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Reyes to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 13 in the game by Tito Talavera from a close distance when the talented Lastur Lopez managed to make a qualified save. Bellamar FC's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gai Aznar in the 19th minute of play forced MenorcaFs's goalkeeper Dario Diaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Bellamar FC's Lastur Lopez got control of the ball when Tito Talavera tried to sneak it across the goal line. 1-0 became the score in the 26th minute when Orti Casta elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After recieving a nice pass, Bellamar FC's Benvide Arraz tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Gai Aznar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bellamar FC's goalkeeper Lastur Lopez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lastur Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orti Casta, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bellamar FC's zone, Tito Talavera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lastur Lopez came out of the goal and Tito Talavera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cheche Amer during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, MenorcaFs's Cheche Amer got a free kick in the 45th minute. Gai Aznar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Dario Diaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Estebano Fabelo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gai Aznar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Dario Diaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bellamar FC's Gaizko Goyanes got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bellamar FC's goalkeeper Lastur Lopez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 70th minute Orti Casta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lastur Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Bellamar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Reyes to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Tito Talavera managed to get in a good position for a shot. MenorcaFs's supporters rose to their feet, but Tito Talavera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lastur Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Orti Casta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tito Talavera struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Lastur Lopez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MenorcaFs. In the 90th minute, Orti Casta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tito Talavera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lastur Lopez having to interfere. If Orti Casta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bellamar FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MenorcaFs.
