Ivón Fabelo's late challenge caught a Adriano UD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivón Fabelo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Pozo Los Palos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivón Fabelo to maneuver through the defense. Cucao Casta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delfino Salazar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Xuoco Coello was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Arnalt Cuadrado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arnalt Cuadrado really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 24 minutes, Higinio Jauregui mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pozo Los Palos and the Adriano UD players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pozo Los Palos's Higinio Jauregui got a free kick in the 24th minute. Hernán Santiago struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Delfino Salazar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Adriano UD. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cucao Casta to strike the kick off in the second half. Cucao Casta kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Arnalt Cuadrado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Xuoco Coello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cucao Casta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xuoco Coello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivón Fabelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. If Cucao Casta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Pozo Los Palos's goal looked a bit too open when Cucao Casta came free, but Delfino Salazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Igor Guasch kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The supporters of Adriano UD booed when Pozo Los Palos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muno Buenafuente didn't get a good kick on the ball.
