In the 3rd minute, Heli Escobar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Cesario Beloki fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 11 Aguilas's protests and gave Cesario Beloki a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes 11 Aguilas got a freekick which was hit by Cesario Beloki. 9 minutes into the match, 11 Aguilas's goal looked a bit too open when Lalo Barroso came free, but Blasi Verdu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francis Pascual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marques Teresa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurin Iglesias, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Maurin Iglesias managed to get in a good position for a shot. 11 Aguilas's supporters rose to their feet, but Maurin Iglesias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marques Teresa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marques Teresa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurin Iglesias in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Heli Escobar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 11 Aguilas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 36th minute, Heli Escobar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heli Escobar in the 37th minute of play forced El Corral del Pucela's goalkeeper Marques Teresa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Corral del Pucela's Marques Teresa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurin Iglesias in the 41st minute of play. Marques Teresa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heli Escobar in the 42nd minute of the match. The El Corral del Pucela players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 11 Aguilas were winning 0-1.

When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Lalo Barroso put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Blasi Verdu. Francis Pascual struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Blasi Verdu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Corral del Pucela. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Máximo Parra during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes 11 Aguilas got a freekick which was hit by Máximo Parra. In the 58th minute Francis Pascual shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blasi Verdu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Reyes hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Blasi Verdu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lalo Barroso's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Lalo Barroso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Blasi Verdu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lalo Barroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blasi Verdu having to interfere. After 73 minutes, Frantzes Sobera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 11 Aguilas and the El Corral del Pucela players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, 11 Aguilas's Frantzes Sobera got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the match, El Corral del Pucela's goal looked a bit too open when Heli Escobar came free, but Marques Teresa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blasi Verdu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lalo Barroso in the 79th minute of play. El Corral del Pucela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francis Pascual was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Goyo Sampil lost his temper 85 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave El Corral del Pucela a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ronaldo Vega, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of 11 Aguilas's Blasi Verdu. 2-1. In the 93rd minute, Lalo Barroso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, 11 Aguilas's goal looked a bit too open when Francis Pascual came free, but Blasi Verdu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 Aguilas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
