Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) FC Steaua București's Demario Torrent started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Demario Torrent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Navas De San Juan CD's Tauro Negro got a free kick in the 10th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Demario Torrent in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mancio Castillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Orlando Valerón hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Steaua București's zone, Thiago Elias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliu Macho came out of the goal and Thiago Elias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Demario Torrent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, Navas De San Juan CD's Thiago Elias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eliu Macho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Heli Ramos's late challenge caught a FC Steaua București's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Heli Ramos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Navas De San Juan CD's Heli Ramos got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Mauro Olano managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Steaua București's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Olano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mancio Castillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eliu Carro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mancio Castillo having to interfere. Thiago Elias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Navas De San Juan CD's Belmiro Morado got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eliu Macho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gitano Ramos in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Orlando Valerón got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Blas Cuevas hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gitano Ramos to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Thiago Elias dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eliu Macho, 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Gitano Ramos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eliu Macho. That made the score 1-3 in the 56 minute of play. Eliu Macho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Valerón in the 61st minute. Navas De San Juan CD's Belmiro Morado managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Iago Gonzalvez in the 62 minute of the game. When FC Steaua București's Mauro Olano in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Navas De San Juan CD's goalie prevented a goal. Pancracio Cifuentes kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Eliu Macho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Elias, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Mancio Castillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Olano in the 80th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Olano in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mancio Castillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to FC Steaua București getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Vermudo Alavedra hit a great ball. Thiago Elias might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eliu Macho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thiago Elias ran back to his position shaking his head. Rufino Campello made in the 92nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eliu Carro however managed to control. If Eliu Carro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Navas De San Juan CD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
