Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) La Mediana FC's Baudelio Ballesteros started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Thiago Elias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baudelio Ballesteros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mancio Castillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 13th minute Gitano Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dei Jofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Elias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dei Jofre having to make a save. If Amato Morera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amato Morera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dei Jofre having to make a save. In the 37th minute of the match Heli Ramos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dei Jofre skillfully saved the ball. Mancio Castillo made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Esdras Cifuentes sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xano Barbosa during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in La Mediana FC's zone, Gitano Ramos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dei Jofre came out of the goal and Gitano Ramos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute Navas De San Juan CD were awarded a corner. Orlando Valerón went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Orlando Valerón got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dei Jofre quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 47th minute Amato Morera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dei Jofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gitano Ramos made a kick off. Navas De San Juan CD's Pancracio Cifuentes quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Xacobo Carceles, made in the 57th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pancracio Cifuentes in the 58th minute of play forced La Mediana FC's goalkeeper Dei Jofre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in La Mediana FC's zone, Belmiro Morado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dei Jofre came out of the goal and Belmiro Morado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Thiago Elias came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Navas De San Juan CD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thiago Elias couldn't finish the play. Amato Morera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dei Jofre having to interfere. If Thiago Elias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Belmiro Morado made a precise shot to the right of Dei Jofre. La Mediana FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 75 minutes of play, Navas De San Juan CD's Thiago Elias made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dei Jofre was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amato Morera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dei Jofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gitano Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Thiago Elias might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dei Jofre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thiago Elias ran back to his position shaking his head. Belmiro Morado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dei Jofre having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Navas De San Juan CD's Erasto Radaban got a free kick in the 87th minute. Navas De San Juan CD played a much better game than La Mediana FC and deserved their victory. The La Mediana FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
