C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 18 minutes of play Franco F. C's Arrosko Galego was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. With an all-out effort, Espierba AD's Cordarin Arratia threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Beila Cuevas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Beila Cuevas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordarin Arratia having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Tolino Estruch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Franco F. C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Espierba AD the free kick. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Cordarin Arratia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tolino Estruch kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Paulin Leal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Franco F. C's zone, Beila Cuevas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cordarin Arratia came out of the goal and Beila Cuevas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Beila Cuevas came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Espierba AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beila Cuevas couldn't finish the play. Rios Herrera's late challenge caught a Espierba AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rios Herrera helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Franco F. C!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Beila Cuevas to make the kick off. Kevin Darroja might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Llope Figueres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kevin Darroja ran back to his position shaking his head. After 70 played minutes Espierba AD got a freekick which was hit by Romo Villa. If Beila Cuevas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beila Cuevas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Beila Cuevas put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cordarin Arratia. Espierba AD's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
