When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xesc Ramirez made a kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Etxave Quijana sped through Artesa De Segre AD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oriche Pena. Rayo Duero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Etxave Quijana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Etxave Quijana's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Oriche Pena skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 93 minutes of play Artesa De Segre AD's Joseba Quevedo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Joseba Quevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Rayo Duero's Macerio Fresnos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 95th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Artesa De Segre AD. Rayo Duero's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
