Portichol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Castropol SAD the free kick. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Portichol! An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Herrero in the 10th minute of play forced Castropol SAD's goalkeeper Amador Benítez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vistruario Galego blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Prudencio Batuecas having to make a save. After some careless play in the Portichol defense, Mario Vidal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Prudencio Batuecas. The Portichol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Prudencio Batuecas should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd minute, Castropol SAD's Vistruario Galego dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Manuel Torres hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 28 played minutes Castropol SAD got a freekick which was hit by Epicuro Palencia. Prudencio Batuecas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vistruario Galego's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 34th minute, Frances Rosas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portichol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 36th match minute, Portichol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Herrero to maneuver through the defense. Prudencio Batuecas was a little too slow when Vistruario Galego got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 4-1. Portichol's Prudencio Batuecas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vistruario Galego in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Feliu Garate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Vistruario Galego shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Batuecas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vistruario Galego to strike the kick off in the second half. When Castropol SAD's Zeru Santiago in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Portichol's goalie prevented a goal. Castropol SAD's Gomesano Moya suffered a sore thigh after 53 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Manuel Torres fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Portichol's protests and gave Manuel Torres a yellow card for diving instead. Castropol SAD made a substitution. Eleazar Palencia replaced Gomesano Moya. In the 56th minute of the match Epicuro Palencia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prudencio Batuecas skillfully saved the ball. Mario Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Prudencio Batuecas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 played minutes Castropol SAD got a freekick which was hit by Epicuro Palencia. Portichol's Manuel Torres got his second yellow card of the match in the 63rd minute. The referee ordered Manuel Torres off the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vistruario Galego in the 68th minute of play forced Portichol's goalkeeper Prudencio Batuecas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prudencio Batuecas came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Castropol SAD's Vistruario Galego. But to his dismay, Vistruario Galego quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. In the 75thth minute of the game Vistruario Galego who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portichol's Prudencio Batuecas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Feliu Garate kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. When Mario Vidal came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Castropol SAD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Vidal couldn't finish the play. 79 minutes into the match, Portichol's goal looked a bit too open when Zeru Santiago came free, but Prudencio Batuecas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mario Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute Zeru Santiago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Batuecas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Castropol SAD's Epicuro Palencia got a free kick in the 88th minute. The long shot by Nahia Fuentes in the 90th minute really tested Amador Benítez's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Vidal in the 91st minute of play forced Portichol's goalkeeper Prudencio Batuecas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prudencio Batuecas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balesio Castaño in the 94th minute of the match. Prudencio Batuecas didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Castropol SAD's Vistruario Galego shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 6-1 in the ordered_time% minute. There was no doubt that Castropol SAD were the better team. Castropol SAD's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
