Luis-Javier Castaño hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Azofra in the 15th minute of play forced F.C.BARCELONA's goalkeeper Ion Camara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cezmi Horasanl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrián Abad was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Arbuniel CF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! In the 25th minute Cezmi Horasanl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taio Ricoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Taio Ricoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Nakoneczny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Taio Ricoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Nakoneczny in the 27th minute of the match. F.C.BARCELONA's Cezmi Horasanl got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, Arbuniel CF's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Nakoneczny came free, but Taio Ricoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Arbuniel CF's Elpidio Camacho got a free kick in the 35th minute. Elpidio Babia's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Taio Ricoy - 0-1 was put on the score board in the 36th minute. Taio Ricoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezmi Horasanl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Nakoneczny in the 43rd minute of play forced Arbuniel CF's goalkeeper Taio Ricoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arbuniel CF's Taio Ricoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezmi Horasanl in the 44th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michal Nakoneczny in the 49th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Taio Ricoy saved Arbuniel CF from getting behind. After the first half F.C.BARCELONA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michal Nakoneczny stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes, F.C.BARCELONA's Manuel Zubiaga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Taio Ricoy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in F.C.BARCELONA reached it. In the 57th minute, Cezmi Horasanl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C.BARCELONA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Ion Camara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Barro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cezmi Horasanl took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Taio Ricoy. Taio Ricoy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The audience was convinced that Michal Nakoneczny's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Taio Ricoy was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Arbuniel CF's Typhon Carballido got a free kick in the 70th minute. After 71 played minutes Arbuniel CF got a freekick which was hit by Typhon Carballido. Arbuniel CF's Taio Ricoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Nakoneczny in the 71st minute of play. The nice shot from Cezmi Horasanl in the 73rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Taio Ricoy had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. After 73 minutes, Typhon Carballido mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arbuniel CF and the F.C.BARCELONA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, Arbuniel CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Typhon Carballido to maneuver through the defense. F.C.BARCELONA made a substitution. Xano Barroso replaced Hustaz Castelao. After a rather tough play, Arbuniel CF's Typhon Carballido got a free kick in the 75th minute. After having played for 76 minutes, Michal Nakoneczny managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The supporters of F.C.BARCELONA booed when Arbuniel CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Camacho didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Arbuniel CF's Taio Ricoy got control of the ball when Cezmi Horasanl tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Zubiaga during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. F.C.BARCELONA made a substitution. Silvestre Sobrado replaced Cezmi Horasanl. In the 81st minute, one of F.C.BARCELONA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for F.C.BARCELONA. After a rather tough play, Arbuniel CF's Bitxintxo Gómez got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute of the match Elpidio Babia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Taio Ricoy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Michal Nakoneczny succeeded in the game's 97th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-4. The F.C.BARCELONA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing F.C.BARCELONA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
