Lobo Nieto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Lengüetazo F.C. defense, Jonas Bajo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herminio Alfaro. The Lengüetazo F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herminio Alfaro should have stopped the shot. Herminio Alfaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Bajo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gau Maroto scored 1-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Braulio Jofre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Lobo Nieto fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Albalat Dels Sorels's protests and gave Lobo Nieto a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lengüetazo F.C. booed when Albalat Dels Sorels was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lobo Nieto didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lordi Mayor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
