Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marcio Castaño made the kick off which started today's match. Marcio Castaño might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardino De la Rosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcio Castaño ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernardino De la Rosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinei Negri, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After some careless play in the Casinos defense, Claudinei Negri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardino De la Rosa. The Casinos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardino De la Rosa should have stopped the shot. When Marcio Castaño came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Hercules C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcio Castaño couldn't finish the play. The Hercules C.F. fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Hercules C.F.'s Ildefonso Zapater looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 16 minutes into the match, Claudinei Negri notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Casinos's Bernardino De la Rosa. Bernardino De la Rosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Casinos's zone, Marcio Castaño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardino De la Rosa came out of the goal and Marcio Castaño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcio Castaño in the 20th minute of play forced Casinos's goalkeeper Bernardino De la Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casinos's Bernardino De la Rosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcio Castaño in the 25th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Casinos's zone, Marcio Castaño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardino De la Rosa came out of the goal and Marcio Castaño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 32 minutes, Juan-Alfredo Mendez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hercules C.F. and the Casinos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Juan-Alfredo Mendez kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. If Claudinei Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardino De la Rosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcio Castaño in the 41st minute of the match. After the first half Hercules C.F. were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Selmo Mata stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcio Castaño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcio Castaño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Bernardino De la Rosa made a huge save. Aparicio Pena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quintan Otero, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Hercules C.F.'s attentive Juan-Alfredo Mendez managed to snatch the ball when Victor Pedraza made a throw-in in the 69th minute of the game. Juan-Alfredo Mendez hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. When Marcio Castaño came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Hercules C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcio Castaño couldn't finish the play. Marcio Castaño in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bernardino De la Rosa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bernardino De la Rosa made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Ildefonso Zapater sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Hercules C.F. booed when Casinos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristeo Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcio Castaño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Bernardino De la Rosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hercules C.F. played a much better game than Casinos and deserved their victory. The Casinos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
