Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fermín Sacristán got the match started through his kick off. The audience was convinced that Víctor Abril's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cirilo Solo was relentless in the 2nd minute of the game. Cirilo Solo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Víctor Abril in the 5th minute of play. Cirilo Solo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eligio Sanz, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Tartanedo's Víctor Abril got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fermín Sacristán fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Rivas having to interfere. In the 16th match minute, Urteta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mambru Suarez to maneuver through the defense. When Patxi Candamil came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Urteta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patxi Candamil couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Urteta's Fermín Sacristán dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Fermín Sacristán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimeno Rivas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermín Sacristán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute of the match Facundo Aceves sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cirilo Solo skillfully saved the ball. Eligio Sanz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Cirilo Solo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Patxi Candamil came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Urteta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patxi Candamil couldn't finish the play.

Víctor Abril was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 52nd minute. Tartanedo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cirilo Solo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eligio Sanz in the 53rd minute. With an all-out effort, Tartanedo's Cirilo Solo threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Víctor Abril, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Urteta's goalkeeper Cirilo Solo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Tartanedo's Víctor Abril slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cirilo Solo. That made the score 1-1 after 61 minutes of play. The supporters of Tartanedo booed when Urteta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mambru Suarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimeno Rivas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patxi Candamil in the 66th minute of play. Urteta's Mambru Suarez got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fermín Sacristán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Patxi Candamil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Rivas having to interfere. If Fermín Sacristán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tartanedo's Jimeno Rivas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermín Sacristán in the 78th minute of play. During the 80th minute of the match Mambru Suarez completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mambru Suarez a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 81st match minute, Urteta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mambru Suarez to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 82 in the game by Eligio Sanz from a close distance when the talented Cirilo Solo managed to make a qualified save. Urteta's players were relieved. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Patxi Candamil sped through Tartanedo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jimeno Rivas. Jimeno Rivas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patxi Candamil went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Urteta players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
