Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gerardo Checa got the match started through his kick off. U.E. Esplugues de Ll.'s Fidencio Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save U.E. Esplugues de Ll. from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in U.E. Esplugues de Ll.'s zone, Conrado Arraz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidencio Ramos came out of the goal and Conrado Arraz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Conrado Arraz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fidencio Ramos. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Gartzen Gómez scored 2-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fidencio Ramos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gerardo Checa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Fábio Escurza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gartzen Gómez scored 4-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fidencio Ramos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodney Adán during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rodney Adán hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Gerardo Checa might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fábio Escurza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerardo Checa ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Los Chospes CF's Rodney Adán got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 41st minute, Urko Carballeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fábio Escurza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Checa in the 45th minute of play. Genaro Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a little luck, Los Chospes CF's Fábio Escurza got control of the ball when Urko Carballeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodney Adán kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. When U.E. Esplugues de Ll.'s Gerardo Checa in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Berbiz Saez took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Fábio Escurza to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Checa in the 75th minute of play forced Los Chospes CF's goalkeeper Fábio Escurza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genaro Castro's late challenge caught a U.E. Esplugues de Ll.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Genaro Castro helped the player get up and apologised. After 76 played minutes Los Chospes CF got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Castro. In the 77th minute Gerardo Checa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio Escurza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fábio Escurza didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 80th minute, which inside left pole to 4-2. Conrado Arraz succeeded in the game's 85th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-2. Fábio Escurza made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Urko Carballeira sent off a good shot on target. If Gerardo Checa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Los Chospes CF's goalkeeper Fábio Escurza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urko Carballeira. The crowd rose to their feet as Gerardo Checa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fábio Escurza. That made the score 5-3 in the 97 minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Los Chospes CF fans cheered their team off the field, for while U.E. Esplugues de Ll. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
