Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dario Cabrera took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Altarejos's zone, Rodolfo Jofre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Marin came out of the goal and Rodolfo Jofre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manolo Elias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nerio Morera in the 13th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Altarejos's goal looked a bit too open when Navarro Rodriguez came free, but Javier Marin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amador Palomares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodolfo Jofre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manolo Elias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oriche Aguado, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Amador Palomares scored 0-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Javier Marin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Javier Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Palomares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Navarro Rodriguez came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Montoro CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Navarro Rodriguez couldn't finish the play.
Navarro Rodriguez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Javier Marin made a huge save. After 53 minutes, Asdrubal Pastor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Altarejos and the Montoro CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th minute Rodolfo Jofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Marin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Montoro CF's Rodolfo Jofre got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Altarejos's goalkeeper Javier Marin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Javier Marin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amador Palomares in the 65th minute. Rodolfo Jofre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Marin having to interfere. With a little luck, Altarejos's Javier Marin got control of the ball when Amador Palomares tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 71st minute, Altarejos's Domenico Candamil seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Domenico Candamil the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Altarejos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Domenico Candamil had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 71 minutes into the game, one of Altarejos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Amador Palomares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Javier Marin made a huge save. With splendid footwork Navarro Rodriguez arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-2 by the left pole in the game's 83rd minute. Fix Alonso charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fix Alonso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes Montoro CF got a freekick which was hit by Fix Alonso. In the 88th minute Rodolfo Jofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Marin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Altarejos's Javier Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Navarro Rodriguez in the 95th minute of play. When the match was over Montoro CF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Altarejos throughout the match.
