Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Xuan Alcaraz got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute Cheche Mala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Japón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amador Palacios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Quintero having to interfere. The supporters of Igeldo FC booed when El Ronquillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Quevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Xuan Alcaraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cheche Mala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Japón having to interfere. Cheche Mala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Higinio Japón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xurde Bajo got free with Higinio Japón in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the El Ronquillo defense, Xuan Alcaraz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filomeno Quintero. The El Ronquillo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filomeno Quintero should have stopped the shot. Cheche Mala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Higinio Japón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amador Palacios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Roger Quevedo fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Ronquillo's protests and gave Roger Quevedo a yellow card for diving instead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cheche Mala to make the kick off. After 56 minutes, Misael Jaen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Igeldo FC and the El Ronquillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 56 played minutes Igeldo FC got a freekick which was hit by Misael Jaen. After a defensive mix-up in Igeldo FC's zone, Cheche Mala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Japón came out of the goal and Cheche Mala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Orozco charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Orozco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. El Ronquillo's Filomeno Quintero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save El Ronquillo from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the game, Troyes Aceves recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Filomeno Quintero. Troyes Aceves showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Igeldo FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
