When Alvaro Camaño came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Bentolea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Camaño couldn't finish the play. Alvaro Camaño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Napoleón Palomar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Napoleón Palomar in the 11th minute of play forced Bentolea's goalkeeper Aristides Palanques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cutberto Astudillo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Alvaro Camaño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Pastor having to interfere. If Alvaro Camaño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Josias Quijana during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Felip Bacete might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aristides Palanques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felip Bacete ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pascual Veloso in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aristides Palanques saved Bentolea from getting behind. Aristides Palanques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felip Bacete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aristides Palanques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Veloso in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Pascual Veloso made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Pascual Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atomic Storm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pascual Veloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felip Bacete during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 54 played minutes Atomic Storm got a freekick which was hit by Felip Bacete. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felip Bacete got free with Aristides Palanques in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aristides Pastor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Dean, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Cosme Dean struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Aristides Pastor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bentolea. After 65 played minutes Atomic Storm got a freekick which was hit by Tino Rua. Aristides Pastor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Camaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Bentolea's goalkeeper Aristides Palanques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felip Bacete. After a rather tough play, Atomic Storm's Eli Mendez got a free kick in the 74th minute. After some careless play in the Bentolea defense, Felip Bacete kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aristides Palanques. The Bentolea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aristides Palanques should have stopped the shot. Cosme Dean hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. With his leg Aristides Palanques managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Atomic Storm's Felip Bacete fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aristides Pastor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Dean in the 83rd minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Bentolea's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Veloso came free, but Aristides Palanques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 90 minutes, Felip Bacete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atomic Storm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felip Bacete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bentolea's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Pascual Veloso scored to the left of an out of position Aristides Palanques, making the score, 0-2. The Bentolea supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Atomic Storm's performance. The match ended with a win for Atomic Storm.
