Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carmelo Rajoi started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, RACING Club's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Vacas came free, but Montxo Griful reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmelo Rajoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Otero having to interfere. Liberto Alarcon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Otero having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, FC. BARCELONA's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Rajoi came free, but Igor Otero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18thth minute of the game Carmelo Rajoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC. BARCELONA's Igor Otero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Basílio Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 played minutes FC. BARCELONA got a freekick which was hit by Milton Caminero. Carmelo Rajoi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Basílio Amorim sped through FC. BARCELONA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Igor Otero. Carmelo Rajoi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Igor Otero 37 minutes into the match. A collision led to FC. BARCELONA getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ferrando Duran hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as RACING Club's Carmelo Rajoi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Igor Otero. That made the score 5-0 after 41 minutes of play. FC. BARCELONA's Igor Otero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Rajoi in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlito Palomar to strike the kick off in the second half. If Basílio Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Carlito Palomar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 58 played minutes FC. BARCELONA got a freekick which was hit by Txema Fuente. Carlito Palomar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Otero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmelo Rajoi's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Fabián Jimenez's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Montxo Griful firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to RACING Club getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Ildefonso Bajo hit a great ball. Carmelo Rajoi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Igor Otero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. With 83 minutes on the clock, Nahia Abasalo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. RACING Club's Carlo Arias was substituted for Carmelo Rajoi. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Basílio Amorim put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Igor Otero. Igor Otero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlo Arias in the 95th minute of the match. In the 99th minute, Fabián Jimenez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 101st minute Carlo Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Otero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. RACING Club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
