Ximun Urbina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tello Pascua having to interfere. In the 7th minute Ugaitz Abellan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tello Pascua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Ugaitz Abellan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tello Pascua. Fluvia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ugaitz Abellan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 13 minutes into the game, Xacobo Unzueta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alfantega SAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fluvia FC the free kick. In the 13th minute, Xacobo Unzueta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The attack was good, but when Claudio Fuente in the 26th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Claudio Fuente kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The free kick resulted in a very good chance to score when Claudio Fuente kicked a really tricky shot on goal. Lalo Candela never had to step in, however, because the ball went just left of the goal. In the 34th minute, Ximun Urbina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Ugaitz Abellan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alfantega SAD's supporters rose to their feet, but Ugaitz Abellan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tello Pascua breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Fluvia FC booed when Alfantega SAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Midas Ricoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute, Elisardo Zárate sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Alfantega SAD's Lalo Candela didn't even have to move.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ugaitz Abellan to make the kick off. Fluvia FC's Aladino Munoz managed to work through Alfantega SAD's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Aladino Munoz dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 60 minutes into the match, Alfantega SAD's goal looked a bit too open when Aladino Munoz came free, but Lalo Candela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudio Fuente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lalo Candela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aladino Munoz in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lalo Candela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th minute Ugaitz Abellan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tello Pascua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 96 minutes, Silvestre Elias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fluvia FC and the Alfantega SAD players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Alfantega SAD booed when Fluvia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Elias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inocencio Acosta was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Fluvia FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
