The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alvito España showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Echeto in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Leopoldo Echeto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Paradellas SAD's Leopoldo Echeto in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alfafar AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 20 minutes, Leopoldo Echeto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paradellas SAD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Echeto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leopoldo Echeto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Cheche Gonzalez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Echeto in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvito España saved Alfafar AFC from getting behind. When Leopoldo Echeto came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Paradellas SAD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leopoldo Echeto couldn't finish the play. Alvito España showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cheche Gonzalez, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute Leopoldo Echeto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvito España saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cheche Gonzalez came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Paradellas SAD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cheche Gonzalez couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute, Xalo Morientes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After a rather tough play, Alfafar AFC's Hassan Manzano got a free kick in the 64th minute. When Cheche Gonzalez came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Paradellas SAD fans jumped to their feet. Juanfran Mendez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Alvito España tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Cheche Gonzalez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alvito España came out of the goal and Leopoldo Echeto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfafar AFC's Alvito España played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Echeto in the 94th minute of play.
