Gonza Gene came out of the goal and Foeke Kleiker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sant Andreu Del Far FC's Gonza Gene proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Sant Andreu Del Far FC from getting a goal against them. Cristobal Verges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toño Cortes in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Tarin in the 17th minute of play forced CB Wombats Albacete's goalkeeper Cristobal Verges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to CB Wombats Albacete getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Chus Lopez de Toro hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Foeke Kleiker in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonza Gene prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristobal Verges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Tarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Severiano Tarin scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristobal Verges, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raymundo Garrido got free with Gonza Gene in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Foeke Kleiker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonza Gene read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Oliver Doblas's late challenge caught a CB Wombats Albacete's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oliver Doblas helped the player get up and apologised. After 48 played minutes Sant Andreu Del Far FC got a freekick which was hit by Oliver Doblas. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacobo Lorenzo got free with Cristobal Verges in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
