Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tino Quiroga started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Jacques Ruiz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Lonzo Urquijo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Llope Diez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anartz Gabas's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Sabe a Mixta's Llope Diez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tino Quiroga in the 10th minute of play. Maracena's Tino Quiroga got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maracena's Lonzo Urquijo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Maracena from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacques Ruiz got free with Lonzo Urquijo in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th match minute, Maracena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anartz Gabas to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Tino Quiroga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maracena's supporters rose to their feet, but Tino Quiroga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Llope Diez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Tino Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Gero Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Adriano De Pedro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sabe a Mixta's Llope Diez didn't even have to move. In the 38th minute of the match Ray Peña sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Llope Diez skillfully saved the ball. Tino Quiroga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llope Diez having to interfere. After having played for 42 minutes, Malvin Pais managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maracena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Malvin Pais was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tino Quiroga in the 43rd minute of play forced Sabe a Mixta's goalkeeper Llope Diez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Maracena's zone, Jacques Ruiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lonzo Urquijo came out of the goal and Jacques Ruiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute Tino Quiroga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Llope Diez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chan Borrás to strike the kick off in the second half. Tino Quiroga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llope Diez having to interfere. Jacques Ruiz took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lonzo Urquijo. Lonzo Urquijo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Maracena's Lonzo Urquijo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chan Borrás in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Sabe a Mixta booed when Maracena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliu Quintana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute Tino Quiroga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Llope Diez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Chan Borrás came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Sabe a Mixta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chan Borrás couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 77 in the game by Malvin Pais from a close distance when the talented Llope Diez managed to make a qualified save. Sabe a Mixta's players were relieved. Sabe a Mixta's Jacques Ruiz got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th match minute, Maracena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliu Quintana to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chan Borrás in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lonzo Urquijo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maracena's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
