Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Adulfo Soldado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but John Guasch read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Macerio Cuadrado kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Belltall's zone, Antoni Diaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. John Guasch came out of the goal and Antoni Diaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 8 played minutes Belltall got a freekick which was hit by Macerio Cuadrado. In the 13th minute Adulfo Soldado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Guasch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adulfo Soldado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diego Torrente's late challenge caught a PELAYO´S's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego Torrente helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute, Diego Torrente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th match minute, Belltall was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Jaraba to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, PELAYO´S's Ceferino Munoz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Baldemar Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Pelayo Planes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Claude Vicente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 32 minutes, Bartolo Fuentes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belltall's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartolo Fuentes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bartolo Fuentes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pelayo Planes having to interfere. Ricardo Jaraba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Pelayo Planes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Baldemar Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartolo Fuentes was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 42nd minute Belltall were awarded a corner. Efraín Serra went to the cornerflag to take it. Antoni Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Guasch having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adulfo Soldado was the one to do the kick off. Adulfo Soldado was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 53rd minute. PELAYO´S's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Bartolo Fuentes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Ricardo Jaraba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 64 minutes into the game, Antoni Diaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. John Guasch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 67 played minutes Belltall got a freekick which was hit by Baldemar Duarte. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldemar Duarte in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pelayo Planes saved PELAYO´S from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as PELAYO´S's Antoni Diaz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of John Guasch. That made the score 0-2 after 71 minutes of play. The Belltall fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Belltall's Bartolo Fuentes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. PELAYO´S were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Belltall's much stronger midfield.
