The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, PABLORTEGA F.C's Josepe Laredo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fagondo Navas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Josepe Laredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Navarro Torres came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the PABLORTEGA F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Navarro Torres couldn't finish the play. After 10 played minutes PABLORTEGA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Jaraba. Navarro Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute Josepe Laredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fagondo Navas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Montrel Batuecas's late challenge caught a San Prudentzio AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Montrel Batuecas helped the player get up and apologised. Montrel Batuecas hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. San Prudentzio AD were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after PABLORTEGA F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Raúl Campomanes took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Raúl Campomanes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Raymon Barral quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Marcos Sabina kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 23 played minutes PABLORTEGA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Huarte. Sergio Huarte hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. PABLORTEGA F.C's Raymon Barral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save PABLORTEGA F.C from getting a goal against them. Vigil Llorca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymon Barral having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Marcos Sabina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PABLORTEGA F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Prudentzio AD the free kick. If Raymundo Cerreri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 43 played minutes PABLORTEGA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Huarte. 44 minutes into the match, Raúl Campomanes sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Raymon Barral threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Raúl Campomanes this time. 48 minutes into the match, San Prudentzio AD's goal looked a bit too open when Josepe Laredo came free, but Fagondo Navas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Josepe Laredo was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, San Prudentzio AD's goalkeeper Fagondo Navas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Navarro Torres. In the 64th minute, Navarro Torres left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PABLORTEGA F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Navarro Torres in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fagondo Navas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Raymundo Cerreri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Raymon Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in PABLORTEGA F.C's zone, Raymundo Cerreri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raymon Barral came out of the goal and Raymundo Cerreri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raymundo Cerreri in the 74th minute of play forced PABLORTEGA F.C's goalkeeper Raymon Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, San Prudentzio AD's Alejo Pantoja got a free kick in the 84th minute. Galindo Cuevas hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Navarro Torres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fagondo Navas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. PABLORTEGA F.C had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
