After 3 played minutes los pipas got a freekick which was hit by Nicolao Grau. Amancio Talavera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 minutes of play, Mar De Cristal AFC's Filipo Pantoja made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teobaldo Reina was left in no man's land by his defense there! Albino Labarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Urtungo Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marin Millán took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Urtungo Lara. Urtungo Lara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Mar De Cristal AFC's Urtungo Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albino Labarra in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th match minute, los pipas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolao Grau to maneuver through the defense. Filipo Pantoja's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Teobaldo Reina skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Albino Labarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 36th minute Albino Labarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urtungo Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Albino Labarra made a precise shot to the right of Urtungo Lara. Mar De Cristal AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The supporters of Mar De Cristal AFC booed when los pipas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garibaldo Beloki didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marin Millán got free with Urtungo Lara in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mohamed Andres kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Albino Labarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Urtungo Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 62 played minutes los pipas got a freekick which was hit by Gabi Duarte. In the 67th minute of the match Garibaldo Beloki sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Urtungo Lara skillfully saved the ball. After 69 minutes, Madaleno Paris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mar De Cristal AFC and the los pipas players grew even worse after the yellow card.
