When Egoitz Huarte came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Pechon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egoitz Huarte couldn't finish the play. Pedro Treviño's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Crispo Torrent read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Crispo Torrent prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gorosti Cortada hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Egoitz Huarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Paulo Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Treviño was the one to do the kick off. RasTafariS F.C.'s Montay Contratas got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Treviño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Crispo Torrent having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Montay Contratas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 73 minutes, Txema Grau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pechon and the RasTafariS F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egoitz Huarte in the 79th minute of play forced RasTafariS F.C.'s goalkeeper Paulo Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute of the match, Pedro Treviño tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Crispo Torrent saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Treviño in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Crispo Torrent saved Pechon from getting behind. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Pechon's goalkeeper Crispo Torrent, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 97th minute, José Zapico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience cheered when Benito Sánchez's long shot passed Paulo Sanz's right side. It was 2-0, 98 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pechon had won after a very even match.
