But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kepa Cañadas couldn't finish the play. When Mauricio Cañadas fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gdos.Club's protests and gave Mauricio Cañadas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute, Mauricio Cañadas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Juan-Luis Abasalo came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Tabar AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan-Luis Abasalo couldn't finish the play. If Kepa Cañadas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Gdos.Club getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Richie Elias hit a great ball. Gabri Fuster showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan-Luis Abasalo in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mero Cartagena in the 37th minute of play forced Tabar AFC's goalkeeper Iñigo Casals to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Tabar AFC fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Tabar AFC's Kepa Cañadas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 82 minutes into the game, one of Gdos.Club:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristobal Dulce in the 87th minute of play forced Tabar AFC's goalkeeper Iñigo Casals to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mero Cartagena's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Iñigo Casals skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 98 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Tabar AFC's Juan-Luis Abasalo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Tabar AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
