After some careless play in the Galvecito defense, Juan-Luis Abasalo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Inge Zaplana. The Galvecito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inge Zaplana should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Tabar AFC's Oliviero Feal got a free kick in the 11th minute. Silverio Cambero charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silverio Cambero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Silverio Cambero hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Iñigo Casals showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tohias Canosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Kepa Cañadas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tohias Canosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Iñigo Casals tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Tohias Canosa came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Galvecito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tohias Canosa couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute, Rodolfo Alonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Omero Cortes fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tabar AFC's protests and gave Omero Cortes a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 played minutes Tabar AFC got a freekick which was hit by Omero Cortes. Rodolfo Alonso got in the 32nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Iñigo Casals handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Galvecito's Rodolfo Alonso got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Kepa Cañadas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kepa Cañadas in the 46th minute of play forced Galvecito's goalkeeper Inge Zaplana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omero Cortes was shown his second yellow card after 48 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Omero Cortes hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kepa Cañadas made a kick off. Rodolfo Alonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iñigo Casals showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tohias Canosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tabar AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Galvecito a penalty, 61 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bruno Lama, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tabar AFC's Iñigo Casals. 2-1. Rodolfo Alonso scored 3-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iñigo Casals, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 4-1 became the score in the 72nd minute when Tohias Canosa elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Rodolfo Alonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tohias Canosa in the 81st minute of play forced Tabar AFC's goalkeeper Iñigo Casals to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Tohias Canosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galvecito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Tohias Canosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Iñigo Casals tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 93 minutes of play, Galvecito's Rodolfo Alonso made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iñigo Casals was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juan-Luis Abasalo struck a weak shot in the 100th minute. Inge Zaplana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tabar AFC. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tabar AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Galvecito.
