Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Neto Moreira made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Los Leones De La Metro booed when Galvecito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loren Maestro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Gualterio Paredes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Leones De La Metro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galvecito the free kick. Loren Maestro hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Gualterio Paredes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Loren Maestro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Koldo Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, Galvecito's Blanco Zapatero seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Blanco Zapatero the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Galvecito protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Blanco Zapatero had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 27 minutes into the game, one of Galvecito:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Brais Sauca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualterio Paredes in the 32nd minute of the match. Brais Sauca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Paredes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Carmelo Ziguenza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carmelo Ziguenza struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Alvino Morera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galvecito. After the first half Los Leones De La Metro were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gualterio Paredes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Loren Maestro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 55th match minute, Galvecito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Millano Carceles to maneuver through the defense. Brais Sauca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualterio Paredes, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 84th minute, Meder Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gualterio Paredes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 90 played minutes Galvecito got a freekick which was hit by Jesús Viqueira. The audience was convinced that Gualterio Paredes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brais Sauca was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. The Los Leones De La Metro supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Los Leones De La Metro would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
