Sueca C.F's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edilberto Hernandez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, Sueca C.F's goal looked a bit too open when Manolo Fabelo came free, but Manolito Mora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Manolo Fabelo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Sueca C.F's Manolito Mora. Manolito Mora was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th match minute, Sueca C.F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Jorquera to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Eliazar Quintero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manolito Mora didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manolo Fabelo went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Manolito Mora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edilberto Hernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute of the match Alvino Pardo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manolito Mora showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Julián Vazquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Escobar having to interfere. Julián Vazquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Michel Escobar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michel Escobar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliazar Quintero, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 43 minutes into the game, when Alvino Pardo put in a rough tackle. Gandolfo Casero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Escobar having to interfere. After the first half Napoli were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gandolfo Casero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julián Vazquez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michel Escobar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gandolfo Casero in the 55th minute of play forced Napoli's goalkeeper Michel Escobar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gandolfo Casero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michel Escobar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julián Vazquez in the 60th minute of play. Julián Vazquez struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Michel Escobar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sueca C.F. Napoli's Michel Escobar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gandolfo Casero in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Sueca C.F booed when Napoli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Galeno Santiago didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Gandolfo Casero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sueca C.F's supporters rose to their feet, but Gandolfo Casero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Escobar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gandolfo Casero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gandolfo Casero in the 80th minute of play forced Napoli's goalkeeper Michel Escobar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sueca C.F's Haritz Urbina got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 89th minute Gandolfo Casero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Escobar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
