Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Singla's Miguel Turrilla started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Singla booed when Napoli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manolo Fabelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 9 played minutes Singla got a freekick which was hit by Anton Varela. Anton Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Michel Escobar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Napoli's zone, Anton Varela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michel Escobar came out of the goal and Anton Varela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Napoli's Michel Escobar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Turrilla in the 24th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, Singla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benigno Serra to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th match minute, Napoli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvino Pardo to maneuver through the defense. Benigno Serra kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Napoli's Hanot Garcia shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 38th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Roger Cabezas but with some difficulty. Mino Alarcon charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mino Alarcon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 41 minutes into the game, one of Singla:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manolo Fabelo made a kick off. Michel Escobar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Turrilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Anton Varela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Napoli's Michel Escobar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Napoli from getting a goal against them. 60 minutes into the match, Napoli's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Turrilla came free, but Michel Escobar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Napoli's Michel Escobar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Turrilla in the 67th minute of play. If Anton Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Napoli's supporters rose to their feet, but Manolo Fabelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roger Cabezas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anton Varela got free with Michel Escobar in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miguel Turrilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Escobar having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Turrilla in the 88th minute of play forced Napoli's goalkeeper Michel Escobar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
