Matthew Jurado started the match with the kick off. After having played for 9 minutes, Txema Montes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peaky Blinders CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Txema Montes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gonza Mayol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aloisio Baeza in the 10th minute of the match. Aloisio Baeza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tristan Casals struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Tito Cabada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barnet F.C.. If Tristan Casals had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Txema Montes in the 25th minute of play forced Barnet F.C.'s goalkeeper Gonza Mayol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aloisio Baeza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gonza Mayol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aloisio Baeza, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
