After 6 minutes of play, Formiche Bajo AFC's Santiago Soto made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ovando Talavera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cordarell Mera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Marco-Antonio Nunez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco-Antonio Nunez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Uria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute of the match Juvenal Carballeira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marco-Antonio Nunez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 29 minutes, Santiago Soto made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Morella La Vella AD's Ovando Talavera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Formiche Bajo AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Gustavo Contratas hit a great ball. If Cipriano Solo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cipriano Solo in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovando Talavera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 47 minutes into the match, Cipriano Solo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Morella La Vella AD's Ovando Talavera. Ovando Talavera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Froilan Uria to make the kick off. Ovando Talavera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Formiche Bajo AFC. If Santiago Soto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ovando Talavera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Solo in the 82nd minute of play. Cipriano Solo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. In the 89thth minute of the game Cipriano Solo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Morella La Vella AD's Ovando Talavera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Troy Carballido struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Ovando Talavera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Formiche Bajo AFC. Cipriano Solo succeeded in the game's 95th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Formiche Bajo AFC played a much better game than Morella La Vella AD and deserved their victory. The Morella La Vella AD players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
