The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Ryo Madrid getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Franco Rey hit a great ball. After 5 played minutes Formiche Bajo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Troy Carballido. Formiche Bajo AFC's Marco-Antonio Nunez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Rey in the 9th minute of play. Cipriano Solo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adalberto Bodelon having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rutenio Lacorte in the 14th minute of play forced Formiche Bajo AFC's goalkeeper Marco-Antonio Nunez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Ryo Madrid's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Solo came free, but Adalberto Bodelon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Formiche Bajo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Franco Rey came free, but Marco-Antonio Nunez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco-Antonio Nunez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rutenio Lacorte in the 31st minute of the match. Adalberto Bodelon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Solo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ryo Madrid's Florentino Herrero got a free kick in the 35th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Formiche Bajo AFC's zone, Rutenio Lacorte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco-Antonio Nunez came out of the goal and Rutenio Lacorte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Troy Carballido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cipriano Solo was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes, Fortun Caballero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ryo Madrid and the Formiche Bajo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ryo Madrid's Fortun Caballero got a free kick in the 51st minute. The audience was convinced that Santiago Soto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adalberto Bodelon was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Ryo Madrid's Adalberto Bodelon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Soto in the 54th minute of play. Cipriano Solo might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adalberto Bodelon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cipriano Solo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 58th minute, Cipriano Solo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Formiche Bajo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Troy Carballido hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Adalberto Bodelon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Soto in the 63rd minute of the match. If Cipriano Solo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Formiche Bajo AFC booed when Ryo Madrid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adalberto Villar didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Santiago Soto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Adalberto Villar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Formiche Bajo AFC's Anxelu Antunez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ryo Madrid. A collision led to Ryo Madrid getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Aurre Duran hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute, Santiago Soto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute Cipriano Solo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adalberto Bodelon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Cipriano Solo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Adalberto Bodelon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Urbano Iglesias hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Formiche Bajo AFC fully deserved thier win.
