Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Garin Peña kicked off to start the match. If Garin Peña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 12 minutes, Gilesindo Ponce De Leon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rossell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilesindo Ponce De Leon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute Garin Peña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafa Higuera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Gilesindo Ponce De Leon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rafa Higuera. That made the score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. If Arturo Sobrado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonzalo Bueno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ted Martínez, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Gonzalo Bueno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Sobrado in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
With a little luck, Rossell's Gonzalo Bueno got control of the ball when Ted Martínez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rossell's Gonzalo Bueno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Rossell from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the game, Fidel Herrera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quembre CD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rossell the free kick. Rafa Higuera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilesindo Ponce De Leon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gilesindo Ponce De Leon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 69 minutes, Garin Peña managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rossell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Garin Peña was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Rossell's zone, Ted Martínez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonzalo Bueno came out of the goal and Ted Martínez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quembre CD's Ospin Galego shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 86th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gonzalo Bueno but with some difficulty. Garin Peña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Rafa Higuera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rossell's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
