With his leg Moisés Uria managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when U.D. Prado Alen's Isaac Babia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. U.D. Prado Alen's Marcial Dean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gorka Companys in the 45th minute of play. When Isidor Romero came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Aeropuerto Internacional De Almería fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidor Romero couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidor Romero to make the kick off. The referee showed Americo Diaz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
