Carles Jareño started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Xacintu Zapico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angel Veloso. Alfocea's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xacintu Zapico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 67 played minutes Alfocea got a freekick which was hit by Luke Vega. Carles Jareño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Carles Jareño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poblet FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carles Jareño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfocea's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Xacintu Zapico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
