Aimar Paris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Biggs Muro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pancho Olmos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Zigor Roig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biggs Muro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 played minutes, Teresa's James Molina shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Angel Veloso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Teresa reached it. Jesús Dellasierra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Veloso having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesús Dellasierra got free with Angel Veloso in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Alfocea's Angel Veloso got control of the ball when Jesús Dellasierra tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Teresa defense, Aimar Paris kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Biggs Muro. The Teresa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Biggs Muro should have stopped the shot. After 46 played minutes Alfocea got a freekick which was hit by Zigor Roig. The Teresa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alfocea were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aimar Paris to make the kick off. Angel Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesús Dellasierra, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Jesús Dellasierra took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angel Veloso. Angel Veloso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Pancho Olmos hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The supporters of Teresa booed when Alfocea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zigor Roig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jesús Dellasierra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Angel Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Alfocea's zone, Jesús Dellasierra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angel Veloso came out of the goal and Jesús Dellasierra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Jesús Dellasierra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Teresa's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesús Dellasierra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Veloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zigor Roig kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Breixo Lagunas hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When Jesús Dellasierra came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Teresa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesús Dellasierra couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Alfocea defense, Jesús Dellasierra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angel Veloso. The Alfocea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angel Veloso should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesús Dellasierra in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angel Veloso saved Alfocea from getting behind. Ezequiel Cuevas hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 92 minutes into the game, when Rafa Zurica put in a rough tackle. Biggs Muro had in the 94thth minute some difficulties stopping Jordi Griful's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.
