David Solo's late challenge caught a Pino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Solo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Barriobusto's David Solo got a free kick in the 4th minute. Matxin Palomar succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 6th playminute. Blanco Camino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iván Aguilar in the 25th minute of the match. Petri Jimenez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izar Aznar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matxin Palomar in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Blanco Camino, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Blanco Camino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iván Aguilar in the 34th minute of play. Víctor Huguet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blanco Camino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matxin Palomar in the 42nd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Izar Aznar to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Barriobusto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Solo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iván Aguilar in the 57th minute of play forced Barriobusto's goalkeeper Blanco Camino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blanco Camino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iván Aguilar in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Pino's goal looked a bit too open when David Solo came free, but Petri Jimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iván Aguilar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Blanco Camino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Víctor Huguet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petri Jimenez having to interfere. Pino's Petri Jimenez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víctor Huguet in the 70th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Nacho March was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barriobusto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pino the free kick. 77 minutes into the match, Pino's Toni Macia broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 79th minute, Iván Aguilar made a precise shot to the right of Blanco Camino. Barriobusto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Blanco Camino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matxin Palomar in the 83rd minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of Barriobusto:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pino:s goal. Toni Macia walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After 88 minutes, Toni Macia made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Barriobusto's Blanco Camino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 92nd minute Izar Aznar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petri Jimenez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Izar Aznar in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petri Jimenez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 95 minutes into the game, Barriobusto's Víctor Huguet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petri Jimenez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2.
