Aznar Pascual had in the 25thth minute some difficulties stopping Agapito Ricoy's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, Villanueva De Alcoron's Filipo Carballeira got a free kick in the 34th minute. Cirino Griful showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matia España in the 37th minute of the match. Zavier De Pablo charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zavier De Pablo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zavier De Pablo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Hitz Gene hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Pedro Quiroga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aznar Pascual read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. If Sebastián Sevilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matia España to strike the kick off in the second half. During the 54th minute of the match Zavier De Pablo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Zavier De Pablo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Villanueva De Alcoron's Zavier De Pablo got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Graciano Verdeja fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Casa Del Lairón AFC's protests and gave Graciano Verdeja a yellow card for diving instead. Cirino Griful showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Esperta in the 72nd minute of the match. Sebastián Sevilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Aznar Pascual made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilberto Ruiz during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Villanueva De Alcoron! The goalkeeper, Aznar Pascual, was totally fooled by Casa Del Lairón AFC's Agapito Ricoy, who 76 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 80th minute Antonio Esperta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirino Griful saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Graciano Verdeja kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Cirino Griful took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Esperta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Gilberto Ruiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Quiroga in the 91st minute of play forced Villanueva De Alcoron's goalkeeper Aznar Pascual to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Casa Del Lairón AFC's Pedro Quiroga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aznar Pascual. That made the score 0-2 after 99 minutes of play. When the match was over Casa Del Lairón AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Villanueva De Alcoron throughout the match.
