Seve Cartagena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bizen Torres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Medero Alcaraz hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Zarbonin Galego sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nerio Tobia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Zafrilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nerio Tobia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Zafrilla in the 27th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Casasana UD's zone, Aureliano Gómez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bizen Torres came out of the goal and Aureliano Gómez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to E.C. Mundo do Donatti getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Amat Rodriguez hit a great ball.

Aureliano Gómez might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bizen Torres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Gómez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62nd minute of the match, Aureliano Gómez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bizen Torres saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Aureliano Gómez struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Bizen Torres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for E.C. Mundo do Donatti. Seve Cartagena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bizen Torres having to interfere. Gaskon Casillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
