Juan-Luis Yeste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Alonso in the 20th minute of play. Melkor Camarasa struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Roberto Vadillos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Domeny AFC. 30 minutes into the match, Domeny AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Alonso came free, but Juan-Luis Yeste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Domeny AFC's Lazcano Salazar got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute of the match Víctor Valines sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan-Luis Yeste skillfully saved the ball. If Carmelo Alonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Domeny AFC's Juan-Luis Yeste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Alonso in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carmelo Alonso made a kick off. Dante Gonzáles scored 1-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan-Luis Yeste, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Domeny AFC's Melkor Camarasa in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hello World players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
