Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After 4 played minutes Lorcha FC got a freekick which was hit by Osoro Cabrera. 5 minutes into the game, Aristides Casals was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Escorial's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lorcha FC the free kick. A collision led to El Escorial getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Aristides Casals hit a great ball. El Escorial's Oriol Galnares suffered a concussion in the 8th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When Basilio Cabanela fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lorcha FC's protests and gave Basilio Cabanela a yellow card for diving instead. Basilio Cabanela kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The attack was good, but when Galo Cano in the 12th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Vincente Riells recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th match minute, El Escorial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Paredes to maneuver through the defense. If Galo Cano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferrer Serrano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mel Alonso having to interfere. Ferrer Serrano was extremely unlucky when he, in the 23rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Galo Cano might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Serrano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Galo Cano ran back to his position shaking his head. Aristides Casals hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Ferrer Serrano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mel Alonso. Lorcha FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferrer Serrano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 47th minute Vincente Riells shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Serrano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
If Ferrer Serrano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Vincente Riells shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Serrano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Vincente Riells got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ferrer Serrano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the game, Xelo Novo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. When Lorcha FC's Galo Cano, in the 69th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Lorcha FC. After having played for 74 minutes, Osoro Cabrera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lorcha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osoro Cabrera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basilio Cabanela in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santiago Serrano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ferrer Serrano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Mel Alonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Galo Cano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osoro Cabrera during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lorcha FC's Osoro Cabrera got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute Ferrer Serrano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mel Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in El Escorial's zone, Galo Cano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santiago Serrano came out of the goal and Galo Cano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Galo Cano during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Galo Cano hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. El Escorial's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
