Montañana AFC's Iñaki Vila got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Moldes FC's Torcuato Barroso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amat Gimenez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Frechoso Alabern kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Iñaki Vila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristofer Riells made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Iñaki Vila sent off a good shot on target. If Lonzo Dagora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torcuato Barroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amat Gimenez having to interfere. Iñaki Vilas short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Cristofer Riells to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Amat Gimenez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torcuato Barroso's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 41 minutes into the game, when Alfonso Acosta put in a rough tackle. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Moldes FC! The goalkeeper, Cristofer Riells, was totally fooled by Montañana AFC's Ponce Cuevas, who 44 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ponce Cuevas hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd minute Gerard Cano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristofer Riells saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Montañana AFC's Gerard Cano in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moldes FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Troyes Moya came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Moldes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Troyes Moya couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerard Cano in the 60th minute of play forced Moldes FC's goalkeeper Cristofer Riells to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Moldes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iñaki Vila came free, but Cristofer Riells reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iñaki Vila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Gerard Cano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montañana AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerard Cano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristofer Riells breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iñaki Vila struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Cristofer Riells didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montañana AFC. Cristofer Riells showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iñaki Vila, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. If Iñaki Vila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Lonzo Dagora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Montañana AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
