To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Lucas Morientes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Estruch in the 22nd minute of play forced El Llano AFC's goalkeeper Mustafá Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 minutes, Eulalio Estruch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Limpias and the El Llano AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st minute, Eulalio Estruch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Morientes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Valdivia having to interfere. After 36 minutes, Lucas Morientes made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Limpias's Roger Valdivia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Roger Valdivia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Argider Vuelta in the 40th minute of play. Roger Valdivia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Argider Vuelta, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 45 minutes into the match, Eulalio Estruch dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mustafá Vera, 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

In the 53rd minute, El Llano AFC's Lucas Morientes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roger Valdivia. Roger Valdivia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Donato Saez took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Roger Valdivia to make any attempt to save it. After 65 played minutes Limpias got a freekick which was hit by Tito Ferrer. Limpias's Roger Valdivia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Limpias from getting a goal against them. Argider Vuelta came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Roger Valdivia could save by the left post. Mustafá Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfronso Serrano went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Limpias's Roger Valdivia got control of the ball when Argider Vuelta tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 78th minute Eulalio Estruch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafá Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roger Valdivia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Morientes, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When Cambranes Benedicto fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Limpias's protests and gave Cambranes Benedicto a yellow card for diving instead. El Llano AFC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 91st minute of the game, when Caton Vives after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Limpias's goal. Caton Vives was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. After a rather tough play, Limpias's Cambranes Benedicto got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
