The supporters of Picassent booed when desnucados al nacer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Taules didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blanco Cuevas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cordeal Sarro in the 33rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Picassent's zone, Ricardo Cerreri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blanco Cuevas came out of the goal and Ricardo Cerreri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Bingen Zamora managed to get in a good position for a shot. desnucados al nacer's supporters rose to their feet, but Bingen Zamora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blanco Cuevas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Cordeal Sarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bingen Zamora made a kick off. Navarro Planes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Etxahun Lastras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Navarro Planes in the 61st minute. After a rather tough play, desnucados al nacer's Bingen Zamora got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bingen Zamora in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blanco Cuevas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bingen Zamora struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Blanco Cuevas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for desnucados al nacer. The supporters of desnucados al nacer booed when Picassent was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodas Mangas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, desnucados al nacer's goalkeeper Etxahun Lastras had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Navarro Planes. Navarro Planes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Etxahun Lastras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blanco Cuevas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bingen Zamora in the 84th minute of the match. Blanco Cuevas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bingen Zamora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Picassent's Rodas Mangas got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute Kemen Casado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Etxahun Lastras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Picassent's goal looked a bit too open when Cordeal Sarro came free, but Blanco Cuevas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the desnucados al nacer players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
