Zosimo Urbieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jordi Garzon having to interfere. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mazuste Bouzon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Venta Del Fraile getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Alonso Ecija hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 98 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Arsenio Carmona sped through Lleida Esportiu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jordi Garzon.
