Turi Camaño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Tabb Sainz made a huge save. If Eladio Abancens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Real Madrid's goalkeeper Tabb Sainz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Ladra. Argoitz Montaña's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baraxil Vives read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Florian Ramis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Baraxil Vives tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Madrigal De La Vera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Ramis came free, but Baraxil Vives reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tabb Sainz made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Turi Camaño sent off a good shot on target. John Ladra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Tabb Sainz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Elixio Escurza struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Tabb Sainz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Madrigal De La Vera FC. After 37 played minutes Madrigal De La Vera FC got a freekick which was hit by Elixio Escurza. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Tabb Sainz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Real Madrid's Tabb Sainz got control of the ball when Turi Camaño tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eladio Abancens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tabb Sainz came out and tried to block the shot, but Eladio Abancens slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Eladio Abancens made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Belisario Quintana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid's supporters rose to their feet, but Belisario Quintana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baraxil Vives breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Argoitz Montaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Alejandro Nadal hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Turi Camaño had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tabb Sainz. Real Madrid's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Turi Camaño was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When Argoitz Montaña came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Real Madrid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Argoitz Montaña couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Florian Ramis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baraxil Vives. Madrigal De La Vera FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florian Ramis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Real Madrid's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
