Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mauricio Ramis started the match with the kick off. Guaberto Harroyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belasko Nobo in the 13th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Petra got a freekick which was hit by Belasko Nobo. Antero Gonzalvez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Claus Maestro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zernin Arenas scored 1-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guaberto Harroyo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Antero Gonzalvez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Claus Maestro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Ramis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Ramis in the 31st minute of play forced Petra's goalkeeper Claus Maestro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Mauricio Ramis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claus Maestro was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Ramis in the 36th minute of play forced Petra's goalkeeper Claus Maestro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Diomondi the free kick. After 48 played minutes Petra got a freekick which was hit by Aire Prats. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Antero Gonzalvez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diomondi's supporters rose to their feet, but Antero Gonzalvez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claus Maestro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Belasko Nobo made a kick off. Guaberto Harroyo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zernin Arenas's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Otero Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zernin Arenas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 66 minutes of play, Petra's Zernin Arenas made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guaberto Harroyo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Claus Maestro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Ramis in the 70th minute of play. Belasko Nobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Antero Gonzalvez might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claus Maestro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antero Gonzalvez ran back to his position shaking his head. If Belasko Nobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Belasko Nobo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Harroyo having to interfere. Petra's Belasko Nobo got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guaberto Harroyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belasko Nobo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claus Maestro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Ramis in the 97th minute of the match. Petra were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Diomondi for a fine match.
