Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cordarin Medina ran back to his position shaking his head. Dario Abad came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Black Old Dogs's Andoitz Alfaro. But to his dismay, Andoitz Alfaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Black Old Dogs's Cordarin Medina got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 16 minutes, Llorienzo Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.D Águila de Toledo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Llorienzo Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cordarin Medina struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Dario Abad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Black Old Dogs. When Furman Valines fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Black Old Dogs's protests and gave Furman Valines a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Black Old Dogs's Furman Valines got a free kick in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Llorienzo Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.D Águila de Toledo's supporters rose to their feet, but Llorienzo Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Japón breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of C.D Águila de Toledo booed when Black Old Dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Llorienzo Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Juan Japón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When C.D Águila de Toledo's Orlo Palencia in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 41 played minutes, C.D Águila de Toledo's Herminio Bodelon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Juan Japón came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.D Águila de Toledo reached it. Andoitz Alfaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Abad having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Cordarin Medina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dario Abad was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cordarin Medina made the kick off in the second half. Furman Valines recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
